franco belavita aka pachyderme was born in the city of córdoba, argentina in 1990. he's a lover of the arts in general. his musical career began at the age of 14 playing the bass in different jam sessions, strongly influenced by genres such as, free jazz, funk and soul. in 2006 he started to devote his time to creatively experimenting in the field of electronic music with his friends (ehn, nicht, ywi, and marbux)!
since forming the group called ‘décollage’ they have been working on new releases and creating a netlabel with an emphasis on minimalist art and underground experimental electronic music. after meeting the group easy changes in córdoba, he began to produce electronic music (minimal, experimental, idm ).
his tracks are deep, delicate, hypnotic and long, like colorful stories full of surprises. they are subtle and elegant with round, heavy sounds. the atmosphere is accompanied by a rhythmic ritual. his productions, as well as his vision of art, have a minimalistic approach, consisting of a search in which he plays with sound, textures and different climates. his work has been recently enriched by experimenting in the field of visual arts such as, photography and video art.
